Every batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets our exacting standards and your specifications.
Our fully equipped on-site laboratory conducts comprehensive testing on every production batch. Parameters include TFM content, moisture level, free alkali, chloride content, foam stability, and color consistency. Results are documented and archived for full traceability.
Every batch is assigned a unique lot number linked to raw material sourcing, production parameters, operator records, and laboratory results. This end-to-end traceability system ensures we can track and verify every aspect of production for quality assurance and recall readiness.
In addition to internal testing, we regularly submit samples to accredited third-party laboratories for independent verification. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are provided with every shipment. Our facility maintains ISO 9001, GMP, and Halal certifications audited by recognized international bodies.
